As a result of President and CEO Moe Abourched’s trip to China, an association was created with Guanxi Corp, and MSM Luxury Estates-China was born!
What attracted Guanxi Corp to MSM Luxury Estates, is that we are an exclusive high end real estate company in Beverly Hills, representing international buyers here in the U.S. We are developing relationships with high end luxury real estate companies to help service the high demands of Chinese luxury buyers coming into the United States. 70% of all luxury buyers who are buying in the United States, prefer California because we are known for the most iconic cities such as San Francisco, San Marino, Santa Barbara, Los Angeles, San Diego, and our favorite cities locally include Malibu, Beverly Hills, Hollywood, and Venice.
