Menu: Head down the street from Akasha and settle in at chef Akasha Richmond’s Italian concept. Expect an untraditional but mouthwatering four-course prix-fixe feast including porchetta-style turkey with sage-and-chestnut stuffing; branzino with braised kale; wild-mushroom ragu; sweet potatoes with chestnut honey; olives with fennel and orange; house-made foccaccia; and pumpkin-ricotta cheesecake.

Menu: Make your way to Barton G., the nexus of whimsy and decadence, for a very fall-inspired Thanksgiving. This year’s three-course menu includes roasted pumpkin soup with maple crème fraîche; herb-roasted turkey breast with confit leg served with apricot-and-sage stuffing, as well as parsnip-and-potato mash, roasted Brussels sprouts with a pistachio crumble, and candied yams; and pumpkin doughnuts with a side of cranberry compote, pumpkin butter, spiced warm chocolate and cinnamon anglaise.

Menu: Do Turkey Day the José Andrés way with not one, not two but three options for Thanksgiving feasting. Tres by José Andrés, in the SLS Beverly Hills, will offer a brunch buffet that involves a carving station for roasted, organic turkey; a chilled-seafood selection; caviar; pastries; cheese; and charcuterie. Then at dinner, enjoy a three-course meal involving haricort vert; roasted pumpkin and corn soup, pimenton-marinated turkey, seared halibut, pumpkin cremosa with mascarpone ice cream and more.

At The Bazaar by José Andrés, The prix-fixe holiday meal offers family-style turkey and sides such as papas Canarias, cranberry sauce, mashed sweet potatoes, fried Brussels sprouts, Catalan spinach, giblet stuffing and other treats.Tres Hours: 11:30am-4pm for brunch; 5-10pm for dinner. The Bazaar hours: 4-10pm.

Menu: As if it were turning into Willy Wonka’s factory on Thanksgiving, Culina in the Beverly Hills’ Four Seasons is offering an enormous and wondrous procession of tastes, sights and smells. Complete with its own “pie factory” experience, this buffet offers a breakfast station from 11am to 3pm (with Benedicts, blintzes and made-to-order omelets) and a crepe station from 3 to 6pm with both sweet and savory options. Throughout the day there’s a raw bar, a sushi station, a carving station—this is where you’ll find the more traditional turkey and ham—plus a dim sum station, a cheese station and a salad station. Wear something comfortable and with a little give.

If you prefer your Thanksgiving feast with a side of gorgeous view, the Ivory on Sunset sits above West Hollywood, and on Turkey Day, will be offering a family-style, three-course meal of turkey, salmon or prime rib, with squash soup, grilled octopus, kale salad and of course pie—with even more sides available as add-ons. 10. Lawry’s the Prime Rib

Menu: Go old-school at none other than Lawry’s, the prime-rib institution with more than 75 years under its belt. During its annual Thanksgiving feast, enjoy tableside-carved turkey with all the trimmings: whipped mashed potatoes, gravy, cornbread apple-and-sage stuffing and cranberry sauce. It wouldn’t be Thanksgiving at Lawry’s without prime rib, so you’ll also have the option of the turkey-and-prime-rib meal ($45) or an entire prime-rib dinner ($41-$64). Finish it off with desserts including pumpkin pie or English trifle for $9 apiece.

Menu: Mastro’s won’t be serving a special Thanksgiving menu, but it will be serving up some decadent meals and gorgeous vistas on Turkey Day. Of course this means you’ll be foregoing actual turkey, but who in your family would complain about that when they’ve got a seafood tower, truffle gnocchi, lobster mashed potatoes, killer steaks and a plate of warm butter cake in front of them? Opt for the Malibu location for the best view.
