Seven-story development will include 327 units, starting from studios to three and four-bedroom apartments. The project will incorporate a blend of both affordable and market rate housing. The idea of the project is to provide housing for “millennials working in the San Fernando Valley”.

Additionally, complex amenities will include retail space, a room for “organic grocery offerings”, a lounge and game room, a swimming pool and spa, an outdoor movie theater, a wine room, a media center, fire pits, and a ball course.
